"Me and my brother had bought a lot of books from them but the owner and his staff are so rude and arrogant. Last time I told them to bring some books at the shop he said he will and later when I messaged him that if he had brought the books he tried to delay it a lot of time. At shop they will try to be so sweet and polite with you and promise you that they will bring the books you need but no they don't. Just now I called the owner to confirm their opening timings but he was so rude at the call, idk is this the behavior you have?? is this how you talk to your customers? Once my father needed a diary and we went to this shop, the staff their said that the diary is in the pile of books in front of us and to come later, to which my dad got angry that we came from afar and you can't even pull up the diary from the pile, then why do u even work here if you don't want to provide the customer. It was our helplessness that we have to buy ncert or other kind of books from him bcz we don't have much bookstores near us. They just take advantage of your compulsion and don't talk about the prices...they are way too high, either it be new or second hand. Time to find a new good bookstore."

"Second hand books are very costly here. I asked for PCB(science) books. They gave me a rate of 700 and then I buyed new books which cost me 850 rupees + 100 rupees binding. So only 150 rupees difference in new and old books. In my opinion they are tricking poor students by removing price and selling them at a high price by saying 30% discount."
